Refund Policy

At The Learning Loft, we strive to balance flexibility with our commitment to providing a consistent and engaging educational experience. We are pleased to offer a full refund for cancellations made up to one week prior to the commencement of the course, allowing scholars and families the flexibility to make adjustments as needed. For cancellations received up to three days before the course begins, a 75% refund will be extended. Once the course has started, we understand that early adjustments may still be necessary; therefore, a 50% refund will be granted during the initial two-week period. However, following the completion of the first two weeks, no further refunds will be provided as we prioritize the continuity of the learning experience.

In the unlikely event that a scholar is required to withdraw from the program due to severe or ongoing misconduct, we regret that no refund will be issued. Our policy is designed to support a positive and enriching environment for all scholars, fostering a community where learning and growth flourish.
